About the role
As a Junior Scrum Master at Conexxia, you'll work on digital challenges where content, responsibility, and collaboration are key. You'll help clients progress through sharp analysis, clear choices, and visible results. You'll work in a compact team with direct lines of communication and the freedom to shape your role.
You'll make an impact by helping teams collaborate better, removing obstacles, and establishing a mature, results-driven agile working method.

What you'll do

• You'll facilitate the agile process so teams collaborate smoothly and transparently;

• You'll coach teams in their growth toward self-organization and help them make informed decisions;

• You'll identify and remove obstacles that hinder progress;

• You'll strengthen collaboration between team members, stakeholders, Product Owners, and management;

• You'll make progress visible and ensure that values, goals, and priorities are clear;

• You'll encourage continuous improvement in working methods, collaboration, and results;

• You'll contribute to clear processes and mature agile working models;

• You'll take responsibility for quality, agreements, and transparency;

 

What you bring
You enjoy collaborating with people from different disciplines and enjoy taking responsibility for various projects. You easily navigate team members, stakeholders, and management, and you're energized by improving collaboration and results. You're never alone; experienced colleagues will help you grow, but you'll also take initiative when needed.

For this position, we're looking for candidates with up to three years of experience in agile delivery, digital transformation, or change management and a willingness to quickly grow independently.

Furthermore:

• HBO or WO work and thinking level; a background in a relevant field is welcome, but more importantly, you should fit into the team and be able to perform at this level;

• Insight into digital change, agile principles, and organizational development;

• Agile certification (PSM, CSM, or similar) or willingness to obtain one through us;

• Ability to explain complex topics clearly;

• Experience with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Miro;

• Ambitious, proactive, and a practical approach;

• Strong communication skills and a structured working style;

• Fluent Dutch; English is a plus.

 

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,700 gross per month, depending on experience; excluding holiday allowance;

• Bonus scheme based on results and contribution;

• Monthly expense allowance of €200;

• An unlimited number of 

• Mobility budget depending on role type and position, minimum €800 per month.
