What can you expect from this role?

About the role

As a Medior Scrum Master at Conexxia, you'll work on complex digital challenges where content, ownership, and collaboration converge. You'll demonstrably help clients progress through sharp analysis, guiding well-founded decisions, and achieving sustainable results. You'll operate independently within a compact team, with short communication lines and room to further deepen and broaden your role. You'll make an impact by structurally strengthening teams' collaboration, promptly identifying and removing obstacles, and establishing a mature agile working method that delivers predictable value.

What you'll do

  • You'll facilitate and monitor the agile process at the team and chain level, ensuring teams collaborate predictably, transparently, and effectively.

  • You'll coach teams purposefully in their development towards sustainable self-organization and help them make well-founded choices in complex situations. You identify structural obstacles in collaboration, processes, or environments and actively manage their removal;

  • You strengthen collaboration between team members, Product Owners, stakeholders, and management, and know how to connect interests;

  • You provide insight into progress, dependencies, and risks, and ensure that values, goals, and priorities are always clearly defined;

  • You stimulate and guide continuous improvement based on data, feedback, and reflection, with demonstrable impact on results;

  • You contribute to the further professionalization of agile processes and working models within and across teams;

  • You take ownership of quality, agreements, and transparency, and address others on these matters when necessary.

 

What you bring
You collaborate effectively with professionals from various disciplines and independently take responsibility for collaboration and results within multiple projects. You navigate comfortably between team members, stakeholders, and management, and know how to connect perspectives. You are energized by structurally improving collaboration, predictability, and impact. You work closely with experienced colleagues, but also take initiative, dare to take a position, and act independently when the situation requires it. For this position, we are seeking candidates with approximately 3 to 8 years of experience in agile delivery, digital transformation, or change management, who can demonstrably work independently and are willing to further develop their complexity, impact, and professional maturity.

Furthermore:

  • HBO or WO work and thinking level is required; a relevant background is welcome, but the ability to operate effectively at a mid-level within teams and organizations is crucial;

  • Demonstrable insight into digital change, agile principles, and organizational development, and the ability to apply these in practice;

  • A valid agile certification (PSM, CSM, or similar) or the willingness to obtain one through us in the near future;

  • The ability to explain complex issues and abstract concepts clearly and convincingly to various target groups;

  • Experience with and understanding of agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Miro, and their effective use in team and change contexts;

  • Ambition and initiative, combined with a pragmatic and results-oriented approach;

  • Strong communication skills, a professional demeanour, and a structured working method; Fluent Dutch; good command of English is a plus.

What we offer

  • Salary up to €5,400 gross per month, depending on experience; excluding holiday allowance;

  • Bonus scheme based on results and contribution;

  • Monthly expense allowance of €200;

  • Unlimited vacation days;

  • Mobility budget depending on role type and position, minimum €800 per month;
