About the role

As a Junior Business Analyst at Conexxia, you'll work on digital challenges where content, responsibility, and collaboration are key. You'll help clients progress through sharp analysis, clear choices, and visible results. You'll work in a compact team with direct lines of communication and the freedom to shape your role.

What you'll do

• You'll support teams in a structured and transparent way of collaborating.

• You'll assist in preparing and documenting activities, priorities, and agreements.

• You'll identify bottlenecks in the work process and discuss them with the team or the responsible colleague.

• You'll collaborate with stakeholders, Product Owners, and team members to align needs and expectations.

• You'll help visualize progress by collecting, organizing, and reporting information.

• You'll contribute to improving working methods and processes by contributing observations and suggestions for improvements.

• You'll support compliance with agreements, quality, and transparency in work.

• You will gradually develop your understanding and application of structured working methods within projects and teams.

 

What you bring

You enjoy collaborating with people from different disciplines and enjoy taking responsibility for various projects. You easily navigate team members, stakeholders, and management, and you are energized by improving collaboration and results. You are never alone; experienced colleagues will help you grow, but you will also take initiative when necessary.

For this position, we are looking for candidates with up to approximately three years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or information management and who are willing to quickly grow and become independent.

 

Furthermore

• HBO or WO work and thinking level; a background in a relevant field is welcome, but more importantly, you must fit into the team and be able to perform at this level;

• Insight into digital change, agile principles, and organizational development;

• Business Analyst certification (such as IIBA ECBA, BCS Business Analysis Foundation, or similar) or willingness to obtain one with us;

• Strong analytical skills to translate complex issues into clear insights and concrete recommendations;

• Experience mapping and optimizing business processes, for example, with BPMN or similar methodologies;

• Ability to connect and involve various stakeholders, from end users to management, in changes;

• Data-driven approach using facts and analysis to support decisions;

• Fluent Dutch; English is a plus.

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,700 gross per month, depending on experience; excluding holiday allowance;

• Bonus scheme based on results and contribution;

• Monthly expense allowance of €200;

• Unlimited vacation days*;

• Mobility budget depending on role type and position, minimum €800 per month.
