About the role

As a Quality Assurance & Compliance Specialist at Conexxia, you help organizations improve their processes and safeguard quality. You work not only on optimizing software development lifecycles (SDLC), but also on broader process improvements within organizations. You ensure that projects meet high quality standards and contribute to transparency, reliability, and continuous improvement.

You work in a compact team with short communication lines and have the space to learn and further develop your role. You make an impact by helping organizations work more efficiently, more structured, and fully compliant​.

What you'll do

• You analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• You support the setup and enhancement of quality management processes

• You help teams apply best practices and standards within software development lifecycles

• You conduct internal reviews and assessments and report your findings

• You collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and compliance from the start

• You report audit results and follow up on corrective actions

• You provide advice and training on quality assurance and compliance

• You ensure clear documentation and communication toward stakeholders

• You contribute ideas on optimizing workflows, tooling, and governance

 

What you bring

You have an eye for detail, an analytical mindset, and enjoy bringing structure to complex environments. You gain energy from improving processes and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You’re never on your own; experienced colleagues help you grow, but you take initiative when needed.

 

Furthermore

• Higher professional education (HBO) or university‑level thinking; a background in business administration, IT, or engineering is a plus

• Basic knowledge of quality and process management (Lean, Agile, DevOps is an advantage)

• Experience with audits, CAPA handling, and compliance processes is a plus

• Interest in and basic knowledge of relevant quality and compliance standards, such as ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 27001 (information security). Affinity with standards related to software development and process design, such as ISO/IEC 12207, is a plus

• Strong communication skills and a structured working style

• Fluent in Dutch; English is an advantage

What we offer

• Salary up to €3,700 gross per month, depending on experience; excluding holiday allowance;

• Bonus scheme based on results and contribution;

• Monthly expense allowance of €200;

• Unlimited vacation days*;

• Mobility budget depending on role type and position, minimum €800 per month.
